Standing In This Moment

by lovelytragedy   Sep 25, 2006

Standing in this moment,
millions of people pass us by,
I don't care if they're all watching,
if I don't kiss you I could cry.

Standing in this moment,
with your arms around my waist,
baby, i feel so secure,
and this moment i will never waste.

Standing in this moment,
looking deep into your eyes,
you tell me that you love me,
and our love will never die.

Standing in this moment,
under a beautiful moonlit sky,
such an amazing enchanting kiss,
so much time just passes us by.

Standing in this moment,
a naive girl I am no more,
because a young girl could never feel,
something just this pure.

Standing in this moment,
heavy luggage in my hand,
one last kiss that takes our breath away,
a goodbye I couldn't stand.

Dedicated my summer love, James. I wish I never had to say goodbye.
