Friends become lovers

by Jessica   Sep 25, 2006

Once you were an enemy,
Then you were a friend.
From there you became my lover,
But the something happened.

We broke all the rules,
And played by our own.
Maybe that wasn't such a good thing,
Because now I am alone.

I thought you really loved me,
You pretended to care.
You got what you wanted,
Now you're not there.

I believed you lies,
And fell for you.
When you told me you loved me,
Some how I thought it was true.

I cared so much,
And yes I still do.
Because no one can make me feel as good,
No one compares to you.

You have something special,
You always know how to act.
Twisting and turning me,
Until we became a match.

I wanted to tell you,
That you made every day great.
But then you weren't my boyfriend,
And it was to late.

Now as a friend,
We hardly speak.
I cant stand that I lost you,
Its made me so weak.

Friends and lovers,
Should never try to mix.
Because in the end,
You're left like this.

Broken hearted,
One less friend.
I'm still in love,
And this is the end.
