Who Am I?

What should I do,
I'm all confused.
All these voices within,
They just seem to spin.
Do this do that,
Boy you sure are fat.
The voices scream louder,
You'd think I'd be prouder.
But all along,
I may have been wrong.
Who am I,
And why?
