Free to cry

I'm free to cry
I'm not hiding my tears
I'm free to cry
I'm facing my fears

all this stuff going on
I cant hold it in anymore
I'm gonna cry til it hurts
until my body is sore

I held it in for so many years
I felt numb inside,I couldn't feel
but now I'm letting it out
and crying is helping me to heal

I'm free to cry
I'm not hiding my tears
I'm free to cry
I'm facing my fears
