Your poem is absolutely beautiful. It is very mysterious and you can get as much meaning in it as you look for.

Not all seeds are fit to grow
If old tree's would try to understand
It doesn't have to be genetics
It could just be the restrictive land

This is one of the most beautiful stanzas I've read. Thanks for posting

First I would like to congradulate you on such a wonderful piece. Second I would like to say I don't understand why you have a 3.0 rating. I guess some people are not that opened mineded or they just rate low out of spite.

From the title of this poem I was expecting a whole different story. Believe me when I say you really surprised me.

This poem is truly beautiful. It has a wonderful flow, the rhyming is not forced, and the picture that you painted is extremely beautiful. Your Imagery here was just amazing. I couldn't find not one thing that I disliked about this poem.

The metaphor's were brilliant and I actually was pulled into the poem from the beginning to the end of it also.

I had a hard time choosing the winners, because everyone really worked hard and their poems were great also, but Arsalan's and yours really stuck out and spoke to me.

I really loved the fourth stanza of this poem. It held a very deep meaning in it and I found it to be very beautiful.

    There are always ugly ducklings
That won't sprout into a beautiful swan
Exceptions to all the perfect fairy tales
The ones to which hollow bodies cling on

To me this stanza means that, there will always be a person that is more beautiful on the outside then the next. But it's the inside where we will find the true beauty. We cherish the outer beauty more then we do the inner, but it's the inner beauty that counts.

Now I might be wrong about my interpretation, but I'm just telling you what picture you painted for me.

I really enjoyed reading this magnificent piece. And I truly thank you for sharing your hard work with me.

From this poem alone I can see that you are a very talented artist and that with hard work and dedication you can become one of the best.

Keep up the extrodinary work hun. Because poems like this will keep readers like me coming back for more.

Welcome to my favorites ! I am looking forward to seeing more beautiful work like this from you.

    5/5

    Love
