Truth be told
I want you to hold,
To shower you with kisses, that reaches to your soul.
If my lips could taste you
no flavor will ever compare.
For you my darling is sweeter than a thick chocolate coated Sundae.
If you were near me
with each breath that I take
I would inhale you.
I would drink you into me.
And steal away your essence.
For you are my forbidden love.
The truth is,
we were never met to be.
Just as the sun, was never meant to see the moon.
We are two different people, living a world apart.
In my visions you are here with me.
But when my visions are gone
Truth be told,
you are no more than a stranger to me.
