Thinker

Holding back the messed up thoughts
They hang uncompleted
Like a lesson never taught

The hesitant teacher
The thought thinker
Doesn't want to know
Or teach themselves the thoughts
They'd rather just let them go

Before they can grow strong and stand
Before they cause an urgent demand
Gone before the threat is made
Then really just hiding in the shade

Waiting to come with more opportunity
As the thinker loses their immunity
Weak from pushing thoughts back
Unable to defend themselves from attack
