Thinking Of You

When the sun shines, I think of you,
The times you and I would play around.
When the rain falls, I think of you,
And then rain falls from my eyes too.
When the sun sets, and the sky is drenched,
With every color known to the dusk,
I see your face in the reds and blues,
And I wonder if you see me too.
When the moon comes out, and the stars shine,
I feel your presence in the sky,
And I remember the days that you were here,
And told me what I wanted to hear.
You spoke to me about the diamonds in my eyes,
Words and songs that made me want to cry,
And now you're gone and there's nothing left of you,
Except for me and my heart, thinking of you.
