Down the hall

by silhouette fairy   Sep 29, 2006

The daughter looks at the mother
just after a fight
hate in her eyes
she says with a glare,
"don't be surprised
when you find me dead
the note won't be to you,
it will be to my friends
apologizing for not being strong.
not being able to fight the Truth,
the hate and the pain
with no love to ease it
how could i last?"
then she continues
with a slow walk
down the hall
