Sitting in the attic
Waiting for this to pass
I hope to God that one day
this time will be in the past

I hide my necklace away
So that the Nazi's won't seem to find
Anyhting to take me away
I'm losing my mind

    Short poem, but seriously captures the desperations of them time.
