Why You say you don't love me?

I know you love me, when you say you don't
I know that you care even the times you were never there
I know you need me even when you try to do things on your own
I know you don't mean to make me cry when you say the things you do
I know you want to be with me the times you say that it's over
I know all these things and so much more
However the one thing I don't know is Why you say you don't love me anymore?
