MOM,
Thanks to you I am here.
I want to thank you,
for the love that you shared.
When I was in need
Willingly,
you gave.
Though times were rough
and you often bled from the heart ,
you stayed devoted to your cause.
Never once did you forget
the little ones that you fed.
You kept us warm in a world that was cold,
so that now when we are older,
to others kindness we shoulder.
My Dear sweet Mother,
For you my love grows stronger
When I look back and see,
all the things that you have done for me and my brothers.
I Thank you for bearing the pain
Six children,
a nation you gave
You did it all
Neglecting your self and never once did you complain,
that your burdens were too much to take.
You took it in strides,
And for that I adore.
for money was tight,
and you wasted no time,
always thinking of a plan on how to get by.
Mother though I am far away,
I will still remember you each and every day,
And I will love forever and a day.
