Is This How It Ends?

When you dumped me,
Someone asked you"are you still going out with hannah"?
You replied as "who?"

The pain rolled in the sadness soaked threw my skin,
The madness fell down.

It went back to the question,
"did you really love me?"
I am trying to explain it to you but you turn away.

It's clear you don't care about me anymore,
Because you broke my heart and you moved on.

If I died and put all my thoughts and apologies on my gravestone,
You still wouldn't understand.

So does it have to end this way?
We will find out in the end...
