I never thought you'd find me,
I thought I'd always be lost,
I thought I'd never find my shinning beakon of hope,
But there you were,
That horrible night while I sat and shed tears,
Ready to open my wrist,
Holding that blade in my grasp,
But then you came,
Your words comforted me,
You told me you wanted my love,
You changed my tears,
They started as tears shed for pain,
But then, you told me I that it wasn't worth it,
Even though my dad hurts me,
