You touched my soul, and was dear to my heart
you were the only boy i ever loved from the start
you wooed me with your gentle words of comfort
and now that you're gone, all i seem to feel is hurt
i wish I'd told you how i felt when i had the chance
but i was blinded by insecurities, crippled by many doubts
that you could ever love little 'ol me
either way it went somehow I'm left without
i miss you with everyday that goes by
it's funny how the heart wont let go with time
someday we'll be together again and I'll be able to tell you all that i couldn't

    I did that. I dated a guy several years ago,for a long time, and he just .... left. I dont know.
