My love and I sat near an orange tree
We engraved our names and made it our baby
We fed our baby every time its thirsty
It was the thing that made us happy
Knowing that we'd always be close.
We gave it all the care it needed to be,
The biggest and strongest orange tree
In return, we got a taste of its sweetness
That filled us with soo much pleasure
It became our treasure
One day my love died
Before his death he spoke few but meaningful words to me
He said feed our baby so it won't be thirsty
Bury me next to the orange tree
So when I die
At least I'll feel some of the love
That you're giving to our baby
And so that's what I've done
Until the day I was also buried near the orange tree
So my children will love me as I loved them and he
