Of pure joy
Maybe as a little boy.
If only I could play the guitar
And have a car
But that's my pal
Who also has a gal

Or do something about it
Yeah I got to believe
That I can achieve
Something successful
In my dreadful
Life I'm living
Without ever succeeding,
What if
One day I could actually climb up that cliff
Will I be happier
When I'll meet her
Cause I won't be a liar
And she could call me a loser
With all my setbacks
Yes all those lacks
Of successful opportunities
Well the thing is
That I've never had
And it makes me sad
A relationship based on emotion
And that lasted more than a few weeks of vacation
Is it too much
To ask for such
A living
Really fulfilling.
You may think that I act
But in fact
Amid my youth
All this is the truth.
PS: Ok so BITI's is like a very cheap brand for shoes in vietnam. And MLK stands for Martin Luther King as in "I have a dream...", just an expression me n my friend used to use to mean a far fetched dream...
