Wow, this is an excellent poem. its so positive until the lines :

"I can only wonder what I have done
That has turned her heart so cold"

"I can only love her
As much as she will allow me "

those are really touching lines.

Sorry, but you can only show love as much as she allows you too. But you can give as much as you need and want to.

I met my dad and learned the lies my mom told wernt true and he really loves me a girl would be so blessed to have u as a daddy

Wonderfully written, and the imagery wnas wording were fantastic.

and i been aaddict all thier lives. I do all
the daddy stuff even though i use drugs
and yet the love there. I could'nt understand
your one line i love my daugter as much as
she'll let me. I don't get that. who can
control the amount of love you give? thats urs no one but u can control that part of u.

So sad! it makes me appreciate my dad more, there can be nothing stronger than love between a child and parent. i hope you've worked things out.
