Droplets of tears in the morning dews
When your voice wasn't heard
In the house we lived together
Droplets are heaviest on those leaves
As is my heart of lonesome surround
Dews dry shortly though my loss is forever
Droplets of tears in the afternoon rains
When your brolly is still hanged
On a peg you used to right there
Droplets are cold even in balmy days
As is my body without being hugged
Rains shall come back, alas you will never
Droplets of tears in the nightly stars
When the prose of love was read
In my ears close and ever tender
Droplets are silent beyond reaches
As is my cry of love to be returned
Stars keep shining this day and each year
