Frozen

by Neme juste un jouet   Oct 3, 2006

Winter is the only one who dares hold you
Your skin and soul so cold
Your pallid eyes staring into eternity
And you allow words to fall
like crimson blood from torn wrists
You are curious as to why all stare you down
Whispers of demons pressing their ears
Are you literally that blind?
You are different beyond belief
And I lent a hand only to be destroyed
Bruised to the point that beauty dies
in the inside
All you could do was laugh
So I stare upon the winter which you hold
blood drying on my face
Astonished by your beauty
Brought on by the cold
And yet again, like the fool I am
I hold out my hand
To catch crimson words you allow pass your lips
Faulty lies and promises
upon the white snow and skin
stained
