Amish Schoolhouse Shooting

Whats the world coming to,
when even the Amish arent safe.
Five girls shot dead.
Many more wounded.

Why did the boys have to leave?
why not kill them too?
Does it matter in the long run.
A child is a child.

What would cause this?
A milk man killing babies.
Murdering Gods children.
What was his reason?

Experts say he's a copycat,
trying to mimick others.
But I say no to that,
the world is just going to Hell.

So what made him do it?
Daddy didnt love him enough?
Or maybe he loved him to much.
Maybe he was angry at the world.

Even so, why little girls?
Innocence in its purist.
No time for imperfection.
Just little girls.

I wonder what he was thinking,
while he was pulling the trigger.
Maybe it was nothing.
He could have just been crazy.

I wonder what the girls thought,
as their lives were being taken.
"Why are you doing this?"
Thats what they probably cried.

Why do little babies have to die?
So one man can make his point.
Wouldn't someone have noticed,
that their milk man was crazy?

We can ask why all day long.
But the answers may never come.
The world is just crazy.
We all will move on.

But never look at milk the same way again.
