Him

by druane   Oct 3, 2006

Crimson water
colored red
he swims in it as he proclaims
" your soul is mine and no one else's"
he laughs then of pure delight
he swims in a river of sin
and colors in that that is not red
he drinks of it
he drinks my life
he has no blood
he has no life
he has no sin that is not unkind
he lets no blood stay behind
his eyes are red and crystal still
he laughs of darkness still
he needs no light
he has no need for life
so he said once that night he disappeared

It sounds like the poem could be lyrics. You did a good job writing..
