Memories

by Vonnie McHugh   Oct 4, 2006

How do you know when you are so small,
In fact you don't know very much at all,
You trust someone with all your heart,
Then they pull you apart.

They take your innocence away,
While most kids are out to play,
Your mind is scarred,
Your thought are marred.

This person who is supposed to be,
A loving member of your family,
Someone who should of known,
Just to leave you alone.

It comes to light what he has done,
He should seriously pays for his actions,
My childhood memories will never be the same,
As deep inside I feel ashamed.
