Fake Smile

Underneath my fake smile,
My world is at its end,
I'm in so much pain,
I don't think I can take it another day.

It hurts so bad,
It's building up inside,
I need to let all my anger out,
And make everything okay.

But who can I talk to,
And who will make it alright?
Who will keep my secrets,
All through the night?

I don't trust anyone,
No one can keep a secret,
They will tell the whole world,
What's wrong with me.

My tears keep falling,
But I just wipe them away,
Put on my fake smile,
And say that everything is okay.
