The fires of Hell are burning
and the demons break through the gate
they come to Earth looking for people
to decide their deathly fate
they come to a house in the desert
where a man had just finished his due
he knew the demons were coming
so he announced "I've been waiting for you"
his shirt was soaked with blood
his eyes were bloodshot and red
and since he'd had too much to drink
a man lay somewhere dead
the demons drag him under
and throw him into the flames
the only thing left to remember him by
is this tombstone without a name
the demons continue their journey
on a quest for human souls
where they'll venture to next
only one person really knows
the teenage girl at home
thinking about what she should do
about the night before when she lost herself
to a boy she hardly knew
the demons are outside the window
staring with their dark eyes
they decide she should remain on the Earth
they hear her sullen cries
the fires of Hell still burn
the demons spared a life this day
but don't count on them to do it again
so watch out they might be coming your way
