Your time to go

by KrIsTi LeE   Oct 7, 2006

We watched you suffer,
and slowly die,
we sat there and wondered,
asking god why,
he said it was your time to go,
he was taking you away,
and he told us not to worry,
that you would be OK,
you are in his arms now,
there is nothing we can do,
we know you were the greatest,
and we really miss you,
now that you are not with us,
you are in a better place,
we will never forget your Cajun accent,
or your precious face,
it hurt to see you take one last breath and slowly close your eyes,
but we were happy to see god,
allow you into his heavenly skies!
