Love Evanescent

by Ethan   Oct 7, 2006

Cold, fresh January
She walks in sporting her Abercrombie and
Large blue eyes that can
Kill yet melt a heart
A love impossible

Hours turn to days
A love fails to bring rise to one with
Her
A love exhilarating

Days turn to weeks
Inadequacies and tensions rise
Like a thermometer on a hot summer’s day
Those killer Blues turn away
They turn cold, they turn grey
A love deteriorating

New endings, bitter beginnings
A love impossible proves to be so
Weeks turn to months
Bitter endings, new beginnings

Mounting madness, the mirror shatters
Months turn to years bringing
Warm embraces, sweet kisses
A love forgotten
A love evanescent
