Line 1- its a two sided life you're living, like day and night
Line 2-you leap form one thing to another unsure of whats ahead
Line 3-5 you pray that somethign wi ll ocme get you, come take you away (hint the freeze to your hott veins) something that will save you from this meaningless life, so that you have something to look forward to all the time.

Line6-8. the second hand is the world...its trying to turn you into somethng your not and you need someone to keep you striaght. Therefore when you refer to an intoxicating substaqnce you mean you feel you re destryoing those lvies around you or being destroyed by them.

Line 9-13. sometimes you fel helpless bc the world holds you down to all you want to be, thats what makes you silent, you wathc them fall bc u feel helpless, no one there to tell you that you're doing okay. You're a curtian of drunkeness that shields the truth agian bc your blinded by the world and what it wants you to become. you dont use gurls but you long ot be love, which in a sense is the disquise of real truth to you..love. The mask you wear basically is following the world, you play a role i the world and you dont want to mess it up but you know you have to, aka the suns rotuine.

14-18. your praying to someone or something, that they can save you, shwo you the way "home" in a sense show you who you are and love you for you. You want to rip open the binds that have been holding you in this place...aka the weak link on this repetiteous ticking chain. Then once you conquer it, the world whatever it is, you will becoem the mask the reason why you and her or it should dance for joy to your freedom and the soundd of eternity..
