Wind in the Treetops

by david kessel   Mar 15, 2004

Wind in the Treetops

The whisper of the wind in the treetops.
The noise of it going through
Whooshing through needles, leaves and branches.
It seems like that is the only way
The other world can say something to us
To remind us that it will be all right.

Whenever you feel like
You have lost touch
With the deepest source and meaning,
Just listen to the voice of the wind
In the treetops.

And you will understand it all.
