My Heart On Your Wrist

by Kristyn   Oct 8, 2006

Put my heart on your wrist,
Pull the knife and make a wish,
That I won't be the blood underneath,
I will not be if only you believe,
Touch my heart in my chest,
Turn me to stone for my long rest,
You can turn me completely inside out,
But I'll still be uglier then ever,
Not as ugly as the love you've shown me,
Making me always regret,
Knowing I could have been gone,
If only I could believe,
Then I wouldn't be the blood underneath,
With my heart on your wrist,
I'll slit it but only will I be the one to bleed,
You've got to trust, and believe me,
Know you won't bleed.
I'll fall to my knees in agony,
Just because you wanted to see what would happen.
