Beautifully Broken

I am beautifully broken
my heart is shattered inside
i am beautifully broken
the pain i can no longer hide

everyone thinks that i am fine
they would never guess
that i could ever be broken
because i would never confess

they ask sometimes are you okay
you seem kind of upset
i reply with a smile
i think i just need some rest

but i know that rest won\'t help
i can barely go to sleep
w/o dreaming of my love
or who it used to be
