The Perfect You

by Little Dot   Oct 10, 2006

You're not pretty enough
Too fat to hang with the popular kids
You just won't do

Put on some more make-up
Don't forget to throw up after each meal
Come on now, keep trying

Plastic surgery is the way to go now
You should just stop eating altogether
You're almost there, you can be happy yet

Smile that fake smile of yours
You don't have to fool yourself
Just get it past everyone else

There you go, you've almost got it
Oh, don't worry, depression comes too
Those suicide thoughts will pass

Cutting again I see, that just won't do
Those marks on your arms and legs
Tisk, tisk, you can't be one of us now

Suicide note next to your bed?
How over-dramatic you've become
Those tears don't work at all

That cut looked deeper then usual
Look at all the blood on the floor
What a pity, you could have been grand

Dead on your floor, oh well
One less person to worry about
I won't be at your funeral, by the way
