Is She the One?

Two years older than I,
But the twinkle in her eye,
I have these feelings, don't you see,
But does she have the same feelings for me?

Shes just too close of a friend,
I just don't want it to end.
One false move, thats all it takes
One false move, the relationship breaks

I feel great love, for this woman i speak
But whenever we're near, its tougher to speak
I think she may like me, but i just don't know
Maybe i believe it because i wish it was so

Shes with another guy right now
I like her the same, anyhow,
But what do i do? What do i say?
Do i just sit back, and wait for the day?

I truly believe it, we could be in love
Love is a gift, given from above
This poem, now is nearly done, but Tell me this:

    Hey this was a pretty good poem! I can totally relate to this. I personally think that you should just trust whats in your gut. If you have any doubts, then its probably not the right thing to do at the moment. But still, you have to decide if you'd rather keep her friendship or tell her, and if you could deal with losing her completely, and, judging by this poem, I dont think you want to do that. Then again, you'll never know until you try! I hope everything works out for you!

    That was good and i can really relate ... im going through the exact same thing ... just with a guy my age. that was good i loved the message but the only thing you might want to work on is the rhymes but other then that it was good!
