Devastation

I'm devastated
emotions blending
heart aching
tears sheding
brain spinning
head banging
chair kicking
eyes puffing
arms hammering
voice breaking
hair tearing
destroyed.

So many thoughts
all painful so.
I could feel my heart
all full of woe.
