The day he asked me to marry him

by Melissa   Oct 11, 2006

I have dubiety, in this love formed society, so many that lack, my heart is way off track, so alone I once was, and my eyes longed for tears, the joy that you gave to me, now flows like the Nile, no stops signs in sight, just love all though the night, my dreams now filled, no longer one dimensional and hollow, but burst of color and shapes, light leads the way, a soft ice blue that I can get lost in each day, a glacier of color but a mountain of warmth, your eyes the tempt me, tease me and lift me, no longer the lost little girl, but a woman by your side
