The Star of Sorrow

As i looked up upon the stars
i was wondering why
i want to be with you
every time i see your face
my heart slowly aches
as that star burns into my heart
my heart slowly try's to fight
as two faces flash
before my eyes
one i love, one i want
that star opens up my heart
as my love life falls apart
i really don't know why
but when i see that star
i cry, wondering why
you won't talk to me
or ever love me
it just makes me want to scream
with my heart there at my side
i slowly start to cry
as the star of sorrow
still burns so bright in the sky
