Time flies bye, another day gone,
and you're not here, 'cause I'm all alone,
every aching minute, seems like a thousand knives,
and every spoken truth, seems like a thousand lies,
why must this hurt so much, why can't it just be done,
why must I be left here, like I'm the only one,
who ever messes up, who ever makes mistakes,
and with every step I take, I simply raise the stakes,
'cause every step nearer to you, is another chance to fail,
but in the other direction, awaits me only Hell,
I don't understand the thoughts, nor the feelings in my heart,
and every single move I make, takes me farther from the start,
