Wish You Were Here

When I think about you,
And all that we had,
It breaks my heart,
To remember how much I miss you.

You were the one I loved,
The one I cared about the most,
No one can ever take your place,
I just want you to know.

I'll always remember you,
I'll never forget what we had.
You were always here for me,
When I was feeling sad.

I wish you were here now,
Right by my side,
I need you more then ever,
But your no where near.

    Beautiful poem; it has some deep emotion in it and it really expresses that emotion---The only aspect that might make the poem better is if it was a little bit longer. I seems like you could add a stanza or two and have more details, but that's just one opinion. Overall, great write! 5/5
