Sometimes I wonder!

It shouldn't have happened to me,
there is so many other people out there,
couldn't he just let me be?

He hurt me so bad,
something he cant take back,
sometimes people wonder why I am so mad

Just to think back to that very day
I was only 6 years old
Today I would wonder what he'd say

I wonder why he done something bad
I took forever
but when I was 15 told my mom who told my dad

he was a family friend
when he started to act funny
we had to put that to an end

for most of my life I blocked it out
but one day something triggered that memory and made me want to shout

Now I'm in love so deep
and I gave him the heart from me
Now I can get a good nights sleep

I love my baby I love him alot
for hes the first I told
In so glad hes the one I got.
