Til The Day That I Die

I cared so much about you
I thought you felt the same way too
I let you in my heart
And let you tear it apart.
You werent the first to break it
I have some glue and tape to reshape it.
Just like before
Ill again say no more
But then someone else will come around
And Ill think a true friend has been found
Once again I will be wrong
The friendship wont last long
Like everyone else they will break me
But their insults wont shake me
Im too far gone to save
My blood flows like a wave
And with this knife I cut away
The part of me that wanted you to stay
The part of me that cared for you
And didnt want to believe what was true
So like the others you will leave
But my heart, you wont decieve
I wont let my walls again fall
I will hide myself and stand tall
Keeping secrets and living a lie
Living in silence til the day that I die

    I can relate to this poem from the first line to the last.. it's a great poem. My true feelings always come out in poetry, people think I'm a happy person, but when they hear my poetry, I'm scared they'll see the real me. Don't ever think you're not good at writting, it's your feelings, it's your words.. how can you be wrong about that?

    ... doood.. this poem speaks its words fully.. ive had to go through stuff just like this.. it gets to the point.. on where you kinda make the mistake more than twice.. and it makes you so numb that you dont care anymore..
