Same

Homework overflowing,
pencils nearly stubs.
Paper every corner,
Worked fingers to the nub.

My brain is nearly crashing,
I can not concentrate,
This geometry's to hard,
My mind just needs a break.

Day dreaming, my salvation,
helps me through the day.
These equations don't make sense,
My grade's the price to pay.

Life's gone by to fast,
No more childish games.
Every thing's about sports,
or academic fame.

Sometimes i believe,
That my childhood has died.
There's nothing to look forward too,
to keep my alive.

Typical teenage problems,
make things even worse.
school's all whats on my mind,
to pass my Spanish course.

Life is what you make it,
let people hear your voice,
What happens when life makes you,
When you don't have the choice?
