It seems so far away
& now, looking at what we're becoming
Just doesn't seem right at all
I thought I meant more to you
I thought you understood
But you were so quick to judge
Just like the rest of them
I thought we developed something deeper
But when they came, you left me to stand on my own
& you know I can't do that
Especially when I thought I had a shoulder to lean on
You helped me through dark times
But then all of a sudden you left
When I finally thought it was time to have fun
But you thought I'd be sulky & what not
Well you can be wrong too
I know picking a fight would be wrong
For you could turn everyone against me
So I will not say anything
It's just a replay of what you helped me through
I guess I accidentally pressed rewind
Now I'm stuck watching it play again
