Mistake

She feels like a mistake
Being sent from above
From the way people treat her
She feels so unloved.

She wont ask
She knows what they'll say
So why even bother?

They'll tell her she's no mistake
And ask why she thinks that.
They'll probably think she's crazy
But if they knew, they would understand.

To be a mistake hurts
Mistakes aren't supposed to be here
Mistakes are treated differently
But she doesn't want to be

No one can change her mind
So don't try & lie to her
It wont work for her

She may not know the truth
But she'll still think she's a mistake
So don't even try
To cheer up that mistake
