I'm waiting

I wait for you to call at night when the moon is shinning while the stars are twinkling in the sapphire blue sky while my love for you is swelling in my heart and i need you to hold me tight but i know its impossible because of our parents who have forbidden us from seeing each other i need you when my love for you i feel so strongly i lie in bed waiting holding the phone close to my heart waiting for when you'll call and I'll hear my name roll of your sweet lips but you don't call and a month goes bye and i haven't heard your sweet voice i think my heart will burst then one September morning on my birthday you call my heart swells with happiness but soon that'll all change for i hear the words we cant be together anymore and i go numb i weep, my pain flows like the river of tears now flowing down my cheeks.
