Pages and pages of poems
all of heartache and pain
about sadness and sorrow
like theres nothing left to gain

stained with hope and tears
read over time and time again
grasping at the memories
to find happiness is a strain

her heart poured out on paper
written with love and care
sealed with a kiss
but left with nothing but despair

tales of love found and lost
rhymes of faith and wishing
songs of love and tragedy
odes to the one she's missing

she looks into her soul
writes down her hurt in all it's stages
her heart and all emotion
the story of her life in all these tear stained pages.
