Last good-bye

by Sara   Oct 15, 2006

A sense of loss falls between your fingertips
as your telephone hits the ground with a clash
your eyes begin to water as tears slowly drip
your legs tremble as you break down and cry

Happiness called in sick again today
with news of a suffering consequence
Suicide sounds like a dream
When the scars on my arm start to bleed again

Your lies soon become to an end
As to our relationship
The person I thought I once knew and that person brought happiness to my life
Now he brings misery after misery

I once thought that killing myself would release all the pain
But now I think that killing the pain is what I need to do
Killing the misery bringer
Killing him is what I can do

All at once I will kill the pain kill the misery and kill the lies
Killing someone besides myself never seemed as good as right now
So I sagest you say you last good-bye
