I walk along,
Collecting shells,
The tides roll against my feet,
The breeze blowing my hair,
I think of you,
I miss your smile,
I miss your kiss,
And I know you'd never hurt me,
So as I walk along the beach,
The wind blows my hair again,
And I jump as I step on a shell,
The waves hit my feet again,
I feel an arm around me,
I think of you,
But turn to see my cousin,
'Come on' she says,
I start to leave the beach,
I get to the walkway back to the house,
I turn back for one more look,
The wind blows my hair,
I drop a shell on my foot,
Again, I think of you.
