A FALLEN GODDESS

My fallen goddess
Who has been betrayed
and cast down
unto this hell
where these demons play

my hurting goddess
do you not think
I can see your pain
painted withing your heart
deep withing your eyes
it is so clear
so plain

my only goddess
i have traveled
so very far
across this abyss
of lies
half truths
and hate
in search for you
for your hand to take
to hold
to kneel
to praise
and beg forgiveness
for my every mistake
for your my sun
you are my day
your my only creed
and my love
shall be the worship
i pray.
AMEN
