Letter to heaven

Dear Tim,

its been almost a year,
since you took the journey home,
its not your fault,
but everyday i feel so alone.

The days passes by so slowly,
just thinking of your face,
the one with a radiant glow,
a look filled with love and grace.

All the pictures i flip through,
stabs me through the heart,
it's killing me so badly,
just knowing we're apart.

I'll do anything just to be with you again,
to hold your hand and lean on you,
tell you i love you,
and hear you say "i love you too."

I'll like you to know I'm thinking of you,
on your special day,
this is a letter to heaven,
to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
and i pray you're doing okay.
