Scarred

Her heart was broken
but he was the token
that put it back together.
Then tradegy struck
and she was out of luck
So he went away.
She went insane
and didn't want anymore pain.
So she closed herself off to the world.
Her heart shut,
that's when she began to cut
To relieve her sadness.
Her arms became scarred
Her heart became hard
She didn't want to let anyone in again.
That's when someone started to care
and thats when she became scared
Of what she was doing to herself.
Soon her life became grim,
thats when she started to confide in him
Thats when she realized she could love again.
